We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Advertised prices for products and services, delivery and other charges are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). They are current at the time they are published but may change at any time at the complete discretion of Bubeewrap and are subject to availability.
Products are not returnable or replaceable unless they are faulty. Faulty goods will be replaced or a refund given. Change of mind of the purchase is not grounds for a refund.
bubeewrap.com makes no warranty of its products with respect to incidental, consequential or other damages.
Delivery
Please refer to our Postage & Delivery for information concerning the range of delivery services available.
Bubeewrap retains title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. bubeewrap.com cannot accept responsibility for any late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our website will process orders within 24 hours. All items will usually be posted within 2-3 working days. A re-delivery charge will apply if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery or if there has been an incorrect delivery address given, the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery or if there is not a safe place to leave the consignment.
If you are unsatisfied with our goods in relation to any guarantees, please contact us at info@bubeewrap.com. Any alleged discrepancy in relation to anything purchased from bubeewrap.com must be notified to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. bubeewrap.com will investigate such discrepancies but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute.
Postage
Please note that we will deliver to your business or residential address. We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries to Post Office boxes.
All Products will be posted within 2-3 working days after receipt of your payment, provided all items are in stock.
Bubeewrap uses Australia Post receipted delivery system. We recommend a work address if more convenient for delivery.

Your shipping costs are shown at the check out. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order.

Privacy Policy
We do not need to collect personal information about you in order for you to visit this website.
If we do wish to collect personal information then we will expressly ask you for it.
We will use and manage this privacy information in accordance with all applicable privacy laws in the Commonwealth of Australia. We will not share your personal information with any organisation outside our organisation.
Refunds
We trust you will be completely happy with your purchase from our website however, Bubeewrap will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed product for a refund or exchange from a purchase on our website within 14 days of order date. We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will credit your original method of payment; excluding delivery (unless the product is faulty or not as ordered). Bubeewrap reserves the right to charge a processing charge of 5% of the payment where refunds are requested. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of your original receipt or gift receipt is required.
If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Damaged items
We take great care in packaging your products safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit we can not accept responsibility for any goods damaged through Australia Post. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.
Faulty products
If the product is faulty please contact us, we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Bubeewrap.
